The owners of BLT Companies aren't rolling out the red carpet for the anticipated arrival of President George Bush today. They have something better in mind.

Cristy Thomas, who co-owns the business at 3515 E. Gila Ridge Road with her husband, said they will be flying one of the largest American flags at their facility for the president to see.

The flag, which is owned by local resident Bob Tuffley, is 112-feet by 65-feet and will be suspended by a 210-ton crane and a 70-ton crane.

"We heard the president was coming and thought what a great opportunity to show our support and we're glad he's coming to Yuma," Thomas said.
