Suspect arrested in BP agents' death, Mexican newspaper reports
A Mexicali, Baja Calif., man has been arrested in southern Sonora in connection with the death of a Yuma Border Patrol agent during an aborted smuggling attempt, a Mexican newspaper reported.
Jesus Navarro Montes, 22, was arrested in the Obregon, Son., La Cronica reported Wednesday on its Web site.
The story said he was the suspected driver of the Hummer that struck and killed Senior Border Patrol Agent Luis Aguilar Saturday in the Imperial Sand Dunes.

Confeso el homicida de agente de la "migra"
El traficante de drogas que atropelló y mató a un agente de la Patrulla Fronteriza de Estados Unidos el sábado pasado en la zona desértica al Oeste de Calexico, fue capturado por autoridades mexicanas.
Jesús Albino Navarro Montes, presunto responsable confeso del homicidio, fue detenido en Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, y trasladado a Mexicali, para ser interrogado en la Procuraduría General de la República (PGR).
El inculpado forma parte de una banda de traficantes de droga y de personas encabezada por Gerardo Miramontes Zavala (a) "El Gera" o Federico Zavala Miramontes, informó el delegado de la PGR, Alfredo Becerril Almazán.
Ante las autoridades federales, Navarro Montes confesó que conducía la camioneta Hummer que atropelló al agente Luis Aguilar en el área de dunas.
