Providing the news from a different front but from a war that we must win as well! I recognize the poverty and desperate conditions that many Latinos live in. We, as the USA, have a responsibility to do as much as we can to reach out to aid and assist spiritually with the Gospel and naturally with training, technology and resources. But poverty gives no one the right to break the laws of another sovereign nation.

Pizza Patron's peso policy permanent

A pizza chain with shops in the Phoenix area that attracted national attention and plenty of hate mail for its decision to temporarily accept Mexican currency is making the pesos policy permanent.

Dallas-based Pizza Patron announced in December that it would accept pesos as well as U.S. currency at its 60 locations across the U.S. The "Pizza por Pesos" program — which brought death threats and hate mail to the company — was set to run through the end of February but will now continue indefinitely.

Mmmmm! Smells like fresh baked boycott to me! -mm

Does anybody know? Isn't this illegal? -mm
