TUCSON - Days after a Border Patrol agent shot and killed a 22-year-old Mexican man, the details of the altercation remain a mystery.

The Department of Homeland Security doesn't release information about border incidents.

Withholding details about what happened Jan. 12 could be difficult with pressure coming from both sides of the border.

From what investigators have uncovered, a male Border Patrol agent shot and killed a 22-year-old Puebla, Mexico, man after he resisted arrest near the border between Bisbee and Douglas.
