Providing the news from a different front but from a war that we must win as well! I recognize the poverty and desperate conditions that many Latinos live in. We, as the USA, have a responsibility to do as much as we can to reach out to aid and assist spiritually with the Gospel and naturally with training, technology and resources. But poverty gives no one the right to break the laws of another sovereign nation.

Entrant smuggler faces up to 20 yrs.

ARIZONA DAILY STAR

A 23-year-old man is facing 20 years in prison after being convicted of endangering the lives of five illegal entrants last year near Picacho Peak, an official said Thursday.

Marco Antonio Mejia-Luna was found guilty Feb. 22 of two counts of transporting illegal entrants for profit and causing serious bodily injury or placing in jeopardy the life of another, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney's Office in Arizona. He will be sentenced May 21 in federal court in Tucson.
