Providing the news from a different front but from a war that we must win as well! I recognize the poverty and desperate conditions that many Latinos live in. We, as the USA, have a responsibility to do as much as we can to reach out to aid and assist spiritually with the Gospel and naturally with training, technology and resources. But poverty gives no one the right to break the laws of another sovereign nation.

Border Patrol agents find 1,600 lbs. of pot in abandoned truck at Cabeza Prieta refuge

ARIZONA DAILY STAR

Border Patrol agents working at a remote campsite in the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge found more than 1,600 pounds of marijuana Tuesday night in an abandoned truck.

The 1,627 pounds of marijuana has an estimated value of $1.627 million, according to figures from the National Drug Intelligence Center.
