Providing the news from a different front but from a war that we must win as well! I recognize the poverty and desperate conditions that many Latinos live in. We, as the USA, have a responsibility to do as much as we can to reach out to aid and assist spiritually with the Gospel and naturally with training, technology and resources. But poverty gives no one the right to break the laws of another sovereign nation.

Mexico interfering in AZ immigrant case?

A prosecutor seeking to convict dozens of illegal immigrants of illegally crossing into Arizona has asked the State Department to protest the Mexican government's alleged involvement in the case.

Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas said Tuesday that Mexico arranged for a lawyer to challenge the prosecutor's legal opinion that immigrants suspected of using smugglers to cross into Arizona can be charged as conspirators. Lawmakers who proposed the law said it was intended to apply just to smugglers.
